How to make an appointment

If you need to see/speak to a clinician for a health problem, please ring the surgery on the main number between 8am & 6.30pm.

Call the surgery - 01443 834672

We will ask you questions about why you need an appointment and will sometimes direct you to an alternative healthcare practitioner – this may be a pharmacist, dentist, optician, or other local service.

We offer:

SAME DAY / EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS

These can be booked from 8.am and should be booked if you need to see a GP that day. Although there is a choice of doctors, we cannot always guarantee the doctor requested.

Children 16 years and younger will be seen on the same day.

TELEPHONE CONSULTATION

Patients do not need to see a doctor for all illnesses or enquiries, and therefore we offer telephone consultation with a clinician. You will be given an approximate time when the doctor will telephone you to discuss.

ROUTINE APPOINTMENTS

All consultations are by appointment only. Please make an appointment by calling the surgery. An adult should accompany children under 14.

You can request to see a particular doctor, but you may have to wait longer for your consultation than if you are happy to see any GP.

You may book with a clinician of choice up to 4 weeks in advance.  However, note that clinicians are sometimes away, which will impact the number of appointments available.

Practice Nurse & Treatment Room Appointments

Our practice nurses are available by appointment only, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 1pm & from 2.00pm to 5.00pm.
